Brian A Rennick -   Principal Solicitor.  B.A., LL.B

Brian has been a commercial solicitor for over 25 years. During this time, Brian has built a commercial law focused legal practice initially intending to service SME commercial interests. The practice has provided a full range of legal services to its commercial Clients from start-up through to mergers /sale, and has also acted in the acquisition of businesses and Companies.  Brian takes the lead on a number of niche areas including corporate transations, commercial drafting and licensing.  Under Brian’s stewardship the Practice has built and maintained strong relationships with its Clients key to which is Brian’s trusted and common sense approach to business. To many Clients Brian has become as much a business advisor as a solicitor.     

Anne O'Sullivan -  Solicitor B. Sc. (Mgmt)

Anne has been a property solicitor for both commercial and private clients for over 15 years. During this time, Anne has led our property department in many areas, including Acquisition of lands and sites for development, Purchase of Professional Practices e.g. Dental & Medical Practices, Acquisition of high value properties for High Worth Private Clients.  She has also established herself in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Probate. Anne has the ability to analyse issues thoroughly and quickly and make effective decisions.

Jonathan Mills - Solicitor,  Dip Technology Law 

Jonathan, as a former Army Officer, has 22 years’ practical experience of leadership and management at the highest levels in the Defence Forces and through service both in Ireland and abroad he has developed and refined these skills.  His range of experiences includes crisis management, risk management, dispute resolution, and contingency planning .  Johnny transitioned into the legal area some years ago and now provides a range of legal services to clients and in particular leads our Commercial Litigation and Employment Law offerings.  In addition Johnny provides his expertise to commercial clients on Commercial Contract (Drafting, Review and Advice), Corporate Debt Collections and the expanding area of Technology Law (including GDPR, Trademark Advice, Data Rights).  Johnny ensures his clients receive clear, practical and in time advice.  

Brian Foley - Solicitor

Brian Foley trained and worked with one of Ireland’s best known litigation practices, Ivor Fitzpatrick & Company, before joining the corporate department of Eversheds solicitors.  Brian provides corporate and commercial advice to clients operating in the tech, logistics, agri business and waste management industries. He advises clients at all stages of the commercial life cycle from start-up through growth and consolidation through exit.

He advises on equity investments, shareholders’ agreements, distribution, franchising and other commercial contracts, e-commerce, intellectual property and data protection issues and M&A work / corporate sales.
