Brian Rennick - Principal Solicitor
Brian has been a commercial solicitor for almost 30 years. He advises on all aspects of corporate transactions and commercial litigation. Having established a solid client base in the Food, Retail, Wholesale and Hospitality Sectors, he advises on commercial contracts, licencing, franchising, distribution agreements and acts for one of Ireland's largest motor fuel retail groups. He also advises on corporate restructuring, acquisitions and disposals.
Brian represents a number of large and medium sized companies in the construction, property development and facilities management sectors.
Brian has had a lifelong involvement in Gaelic games as a player and administrator at County and National levels. As well as his involvement with Meath County Hearings Committee, he is currently Chairman of the National Central Hearings Committee of the GAA. He previously chaired the National Central Appeals Committee and the National Child Welfare Appeals Committee. Brian has also been involved as an Arbitrator with the Disputes Resolution Authority since its foundation in 2005 when he adjudicated on its first case.
Mary-Claire Rennick - Practice Manager
Prior to joining Rennick Solicitors, Mary-Claire worked as a commerical litigation solicitor where she was a partner in Ivor Fitzpatrick & Company Solicitors from 1994 to 2010. Mary-Claire brings this professional experience to her role as Practice Manager where she oversees administration, HR and recruitment, invoicing and credit control.
Mary-Claire is a voluntary Director of Childhood Cancer Foundation Ireland which she co-founded in 2014. She advocates widely for improved supports and services for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer and their families through her involvement in various committees. She is a member of the National Cancer Control Programme, Irish Cancer Society Childhood and Adolescent Advisory Group and Department of Health Cancer Patient Advisory Committees.
Anne O'Sullivan - Solicitor
Anne has been a property solicitor for both commercial and private clients for over 20 years. During this time, Anne has led our property department in many areas, including the acquisition of lands and sites for development, the purchase of professional practices e.g. Dental & Medical Practices, and the acquisition of high value properties for high worth private clients. She has also established herself in the areas of wills, trusts and probate.
Brian Foley - Consultant Solicitor
Brian worked as a corporate solicitor with Eversheds before joining the firm. He has 15 years experience advising clients operating in the tech, logistics, agri-business and waste management industries. Brian advises clients at all stages of the commercial life cycle from start-up through to growth and consolidation through exit.
He advises on equity investments, M&As, corporate sales, shareholders’ agreements, distribution, franchising and other commercial contracts. Brian also advises on e-commerce, intellectual property and data protection issues.
Matt Rickard - Trainee Solicitor
Matt completed his studies in Maynooth University attaining an LLM. He joined the firm in August of 2021 as a trainee solicitor. His training exposes him to all areas of the firm's practice and he assists in particular with corporate transactions, probate and commerical and private client property matters.
Matt has a keen interest in all areas of sport and plays hurling for his home club Kildalkey in County Meath.
Conor Dempsey - Trainee Solicitor
Conor joined the firm in March of 2019 as a trainee solicitor following a BA in Business and Law from Maynooth University. He is currently attending The Law Society of Ireland, PPC1 Course. His main areas of practice to date are commerical and private client property matters and probate. He is also experienced in litigation.
Conor has a great interest in Gaelic Games and plays for his local club, Dunderry GAA Club in Co. Meath.
Pam Harlin - Legal Executive
Pam has been with the firm for over 25 years. She has extensive experience working in the areas of residential conveyancing, wills and probate.
Cherisse Farren - Legal Executive
Cherisse has over 20 years experience working in litigation. She has been with the firm for over 10 years. Cherisse works primarily in licensing, personal injuries and general litigation.

Carol has over 20 years experience in general practice. She joined the firm in 2018 and works exclusively in conveyancing and probate matters.
