Mary specialises in Plaintiff and Defence Litigation and is an exceptionally strong strategist and negotiator with demonstrated success. She has acted for almost all of Irish Insurance Companies and has exposure to a number UK Insurance Companies. Brendan Kelly, - Consultant Solicitor & Food Technologist. MBA LLM CSci FIFST
Brendan is a food technologist and solicitor with over twenty years experience in the Irish, UK, and European food industry. He is a Fellow Institute of Food Science and Technology UK (FIFST) and a Chartered Scientist (CSci), with a Master Degree in Business Administration (University of Warwick) and a Masters Degree in Law (Nottingham Trent University). For much of his career Brendan worked with The Coca-Cola Company; developing and auditing their global ingredient suppliers. During this period he project managed a range of commercial and technical work with some of Europe’s leading food and pharmaceutical companies. His experience also includes lecturing Food Science at an MSc level in the Dublin Institute of Technology and work with the leading quality retailer Superquinn. Brendan continues to be consultant for Rennick Solicitors on a variety of Food Law related cases and topics.
