Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a core element of the business. By virtue of our profession, we adhere to the strict professional standards of solicitors, which go far beyond corporate codes of responsibility. We strive to conduct our work in an ethical and sustainable way, for the benefit of our staff, our clients and society.
We have aligned our strategy with the following core CSR Dimensions recognised in Ireland and internationally as a reference of best practice CSR:
Rennick Solicitors is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace. We demonstrate this commitment through our employment practices, employee support and engagement.
We believe that providing our expertise and skills on a pro bono or reduced fees basis, where required is fundamental in how we can make a difference in society.
We are committed to conducting our legal service in the most responsible manner and exceeding our clients’ expectations. Our reputation is based on trust and long-standing client relationships.
CSR is not only about providing the most ethical service to our clients but also about giving back to the local and wider community. Our Principal provides legal advice and services on a no fee basis to a number of charities and Not For Profit organisations including Childhood Cancer Foundation Ireland, and in particular the GAA.
We strive to be continually resourceful and efficient in how we operate our business in order to minimise negative environmental impacts. We have implemented a number of green initiatives including investment in technology to become a paperless office, minimising waste, work from home and cutting unnecessary energy needs.
